![]() This new round of speculation stems from Roy's replies to a fan on Twitter that wasn't too keen on the use of the Johnny Cash song, Ghost Riders In The Sky, that was used in Mass Effect: Andromeda's trailer. At least, according to BioWare Montréal's studio director Yanick Roy, who has hinted at the idea that the trailer provided more details than we originally thought. Such is the case with Mass Effect: Andromeda and its debut trailer from E3 2015. ![]() It can also be used to tease something more without many people noticing - because while those watching the trailer are taking note of the visuals at the forefront, the background could be offering so much more. The music that accompanies these trailers is often used for a variety of reasons: be it as simple background music something to give the trailer a personality or the song just fits the tone of the trailer perfectly. Video game trailers utilizing licensed music isn't an uncommon tactic.
